Winter is a great time to learn to listen to your body and be super nice to yourself. It's cold outside, so cardio is that much more exhausting. Focusing more on toning during these cold months is much more enjoyable and efficient, as your body needs more energy to sustain good health in the winter. Staying in a warm studio sounds great to me!
Sculpere has created the answer... Two new classes with fresh, innovative moves created by dancers ~ for everyone. Core Sculpt, taught by our Gina Toscano BFA ,and the newest member of the Sculpere family, former ballerina Barette Vance Widell from the Pennsylvania Ballet who has created our second new class, Bunhead Sculpt.
